Shipping & Delivery
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–2 working days. Delivery with our courier partners takes a further 4–6 working days. Most customers receive their order within 5–8 working days total. For full details, see our Shipping Policy.
Is shipping free?
Yes. Standard shipping within the United Kingdom is free on all orders. More information is available on our Shipping Policy page.
Do you deliver internationally?
Not at this time. BILLCELTIS currently ships only within the United Kingdom.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your parcel has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking number. Use this to follow your shipment from our warehouse to your door.
Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy?
Items may be returned within 30 days from the delivery date. Products must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging and condition.
My product arrived damaged or faulty — what should I do?
Email us at support@billceltis.com with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll assist you with a replacement and cover any return shipping where applicable.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once your returned item reaches us and passes inspection, your refund will be issued within 7 working days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, the credit may take additional time to appear.
Do you charge restocking fees?
No. BILLCELTIS does not apply restocking fees on returns.
Exchanges & Order Changes
Can I exchange an item for another size or product?
Yes. Simply contact our support team to arrange an exchange. You’ll need to return the original item first, and we’ll send the replacement once it has been received.
Can I cancel an order?
Cancellations are possible only before dispatch. If your order has already been shipped, you’ll need to follow our standard returns process.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Modifications are only possible before the order ships. Contact us at support@billceltis.com as soon as possible if you need to update details. After dispatch, changes are no longer possible.
Payments & Security
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major debit and credit cards, along with digital wallets such as Google Pay, Apple Pay, Mastercard (including Maestro), PayPal, Shop Pay, Union Pay, and Visa (credit and debit cards). Full details can be found on our Billing Terms & Conditions page.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All transactions are encrypted via SSL, and we are fully compliant with PCI DSS security standards. We never store full card details on our servers.
Products & Sizing
How do I choose the correct size?
A sizing guide is available on each product page. If you’re unsure, our support team can provide personalised sizing guidance.
What happens if a product is out of stock?
Out-of-stock items are clearly marked on the website. Use the restock notification feature on the product page and we’ll email you when the item becomes available again.
